The Gemeca Inn in Ft. Branch was a really fun trip on my "Behind the Scenes" reviews. They are so friendly and their selection of homemade food is incredible. Some of the special home made extras are slaw, dipping sauces, soups, sides and desserts.
The selection of salad dressings are also homemade - French, Blue Cheese, Italian (an old passed down recipe), Ranch and even Roquefort (a combo of French with blue cheese chunks).
After I spent some time in the kitchen at the Gemeca Inn hanging out with the cooks, they were nice and shared a sauce recipe - their home made wing sauce.

Gemeca Inn's Wing Sauce
Ingredients:
2 lb. margarine
2 cups ketchup
2 tsp. garlic
3 T. cayenne pepper
3 T. Tabasco sauce

Preparation:
Simmer all ingredients over medium heat to let flavors blend, about 10-15 minutes. Pour over deep fried chicken wings and toss to coat. Makes 2 quarts.
