Meatloaf

Friends Favorite Recipe Swap

Meatloaf with a BBQ glaze made on a smaller scale for singles or couples.

Meatloaf
2 lbs. ground chuck
2 eggs
3/4 cup ketchup
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 T. minced garlic
1 package sage Stovetop stuffing
Salt/pepper to taste

 

 Glaze:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Mix all the top stuff together and put in a 9 x 9 pan sprayed with Pam.

Mix the bottom stuff together and spread over the meatloaf.

Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.

Let sit for about 10 minutes before cutting.
