Hawaiian Party Sandwiches

Once a month for years, the "poker" girls have gotten together for card games. We each bring a dish, our own beverage and some pocket-change to donate to the cause. (We never expect to win.) We test out new dishes on each other and see how it goes. Some dishes work better than others. I took a Pepperoni Pull-Apart, that was not a keeper. The comment was " It may be a little over baked." That was such a nice way of saying burnt.
The real hit of the party last month was these cool little snack sandwiches on Hawaiian rolls with a poppy seed glaze. Really tasty and easy to do, too.

Hawaiian Party Sandwiches
2 pkgs. Hawaiian Rolls
1 lb. shaved ham, turkey, or roast beef
1/2 lb. Baby Swiss

Slice rolls in to make top and bottom for sandwich.
Add meat and cheese to make the sandwiches.
Grease bottom of 9x13 pan and place sandwiches in pan.

TOPPING:
3/4 cup butter or margarine (melted)
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1-1/2 Tbsp. Poppy Seed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. dried onions

Mix topping together and pour over sandwiches.
Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Serve Sandwiches warm.
