Bratzel

   Since the SuperBowl was played in Indianapolis a few years back, the signature dish of the Schnitzelbank Restaurant in Jasper, has become the Bratzel. Out of 100 entries of different sandwiches in Indiana, it was narrowed down to 46 and this sandwich won the voting with support from Dubois county and loyal patrons.
   It's a jumbo salted pretzel covered with sauerkraut and two bratwurst, topped with a honey mustard dressing. The mini version of just one brat on a pretzel bun is good, too, trust me. The honey mustard takes out any twang of the kraut and the pretzel bun stands up well to the toppings. It's just a fun food made with a local flare.

Bratzel
2 Merkley brats
1/4 cup sauerkraut
honey mustard
jumbo pretzel

Preparation
On a pretzel bun, layer kraut, top with 2 brats and drizzle honey mustard on top.
