Bacon and Cheese Dip

Photo courtesy of the Cooking Corner.
Are you looking for the easiest cheese dip ever? Well, this is it. The girls and I had a bacon themed poker party a few weeks back and this dip was brought by one of the girls who isn't big on cooking. It was perfect with some nacho chips and the Rotel did a good job of thinning out the cheese. Simple to make and great to taste. With only 3 ingredients, it's really as easy as 1-2-3.

1 lb. Velveeta, cut in 1-inch cubes,
2 - 10 oz. cans Rotel
jar of Hormel real bacon bits

Put in large glass bowl. Microwave for 3 minutes and then stir. It will be lumpy.
Microwave another 3 minutes.  It may still be lumpy but that's okay.

Add jar of bacon bits. Stir again.

Transfer to lined crock pot set on lowest possible temperature. Let set for about 5 minutes.
