Grippo's Sliders

    Baking your burger is so much easier than frying. This also the easiest way to make sliders. After the burgers cook, just like brownies, you can cut them in whatever size you want, to fit whatever bread you have on hand. A healthy sprinkle of Grippo's BBQ seasoning will add some great flavor to your everyday burger.


Grippo's Sliders
1 lb. ground beef, leaner is better
1 small onion, diced fine
2 tsp. Grippo's BBQ spice
sprinkle pepper
4 slices pepperjack cheese
Seasoned burger ready for oven.

Preheat oven to 400.

Spray coat a 8x8x2 (square) baking pan.
Layer onions on bottom of pan. Press ground beef on top, spreading to edges.

Sprinkle Grippo's seasoning and pepper on top of burger. Bake 20 minutes, draining excess grease if needed. Layer cheese on top and return to warm oven 5 minutes for cheese to melt.

Cut in quarters for regular size burgers or in 9 pieces for sliders. Serves 4.
