Asian Coleslaw

This is an easy do ahead dish.

Asian Coleslaw
1 pkg. (12 oz.) broccoli coleslaw mix
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup dry roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 or 2 pkg. chicken Ramon noodles, broken up (reserve seasoning packet)

Dressing
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2/3 cup vinegar

Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. For dressing, mix ingredients in small saucepan and heat to dissolve sugar. Add noodle seasoning packets. Cool and then pour over salad. Mix well. Refrigerate over night.
