Broccoli Bacon Salad

This is a perfect "do ahead" dish.

Broccoli Bacon Salad      
1 bunch broccoli broken into small floretts (about 3 cups)
1 bunch cauliflower broken into small pieces (about 3 cups)
10 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 cup of chopped toasted pecans
Combine all ingredients in large bowl, tossing well.

Dressing
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Mix well together.

Store salad and dressing separately in fridge until serving time.
