Cilantro Dip

  My husband's niece is a military wife stationed in Louisiana. When the guys are off doing their Army Ranger stuff, the wives get together on Saturday night for companionship. There's nothing like good friends, food and drinks. Here's an easy, addictive dip that they share down in Ft. Polk.

Cilantro Dip

3/4 large container of sour cream

6 oz. cream cheese

2 T. mayo

1/2 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dip

1 to 1-1/2 tsp. jalepenos

fresh cilantro, half a bunch

   Blend sour cream and cream cheese in food processor. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill to combine flavors before serving.
