Just in case anyone wants to try this at home, this is German potato candy.German Potato Candy recipe
Ingredients
1 potato
2 boxes/bags powdered sugarpeanut butter
You take one potato, peel it and boil it until cooked (a fork can go in it).
Mash it up with a ton of powder sugar (around 2 bags/boxes) until it forms a dough, roll it out rather thin.
Spread it with a good amount of peanut butter and then roll the whole thing up. Chill it until its firm (a half hour to an hour) and slice.
