I discovered this dip awhile back when looking for a new take on broccoli. Why not spice up that basic veggie?
This turned out so much better than expected. This sauce is creamy and smooth, but has just a little kick at the end. We've used it as a dipping sauce for sausage balls, chicken strips and onion rings. It's a great side sauce with just a little tang.
Spicy Sriracha Mayo
1/4 cup mayo
1-1/2 tsp. Sriracha
1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
sprinkle of kosher salt
In small bowl, mix mayo, Srirahca, lemon juice and salt. Stir or whisk until well blended. Refrigerate.
Use as dip for veggies, appetizers such as sausage balls or rolls, chicken strips, or wings. Makes about 1/3 cup that holds well chilled for 2-3 weeks.
