Blueberry Sour Cream Pie

Friends Favorite Recipe Swap

Here is a good one! I've made this several times. 
Works best with fresh blueberries.

Blueberry Sour Cream Pie recipe


1 cup sour cream

2-3 tbsp. flour

3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

1/4 tsp. salt

1 egg

2-1/2 to 3 cups blueberries

Beat first 6 ingredients together for 5 minutes. Fold in blueberries. 
Pour into pie crust and bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.


3 tbsp. flour

1 tbsp. sugar

1-1/2 tbsp. butter

3 tbsp. nuts, chopped

Mix all ingredients and sprinkle on pie. Bake 10 additional minutes.
