Baileys and Coffee

     During the late afternoon, I often get a serious energy slump. As a treat to myself, especially with so much holiday stuff to do, I add a splash of Irish cream to my coffee. To make it special, I add a touch of whipped topping. That smooth, creamy warmth is a perfect pick me up for the holidays.

Baileys and Coffee
3/4 cup of fresh coffee
1 shot of Bailey's Irish Cream
1 large scoop of whipped topping

Pour coffee into cup. Add Baileys. Slide dollop of whipped topping onto drink.
Serves 1.
