Peach Dessert

Need a quick dessert in a short time with just a few ingredients? This recipe is a good one for a quick fix without a lot of fuss. Most of these ingredients are usually in the pantry and this can be done in about a half an hour. That is a huge plus. But served warm is the way to go if you can.

Peach Dessert
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 stick soft margarine
1/2 cup coconut
1 lb. canned peaches
2 T. sugar
1 T. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg
1 egg
1 cup sour cream

Preparation -
Beat cake mix, butter and coconut together. Press into 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Drain peaches and lay on cake. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg over peaches. Beat egg and sour cream together and drizzle over peaches. Bake 10 minutes longer. Serve warm.
