Pinwheel Wraps

I've played poker with a bunch of girls for the last ten or so years, and almost every party, somebody brings this treat. It's super easy to make, transport and serve. Leftovers to take home aren't a problem, because there usually aren't any. There is also quite a few variations on this recipe, like adding some thinly sliced ham or beef.

Party Pinwheels
2 -8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dip
2 green onions, diced
4-12 inch flour tortillas
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
1-4 oz. can sliced black olives

Preparation -
Mix first three ingredients. Spread on tortillas. Sprinkle on remaining ingredients. Then roll and wrap tightly. Chill 2 hours. Cut off roll ends. Slice rolls into 1-inch slices. Makes 3 dozen.
