One of the favorite finger foods in our house is chicken wings. But that is where the agreement ends. Some like the wings hot, others want boneless and then there are the sweet BBQ lovers. It's hard to please them all.
Over the years I've tried various sauces and methods, but for those who like them a little hot, but not killer, and don't mind the bone, this is the best way to do it that I've found. Simple is often good and spicy!

Hot Wings
2-1/2 lb. frozen chicken wings
1/2 cup Frank's hot sauce
1/3 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 425. Layer frozen wings on sprayed baking sheet. Bake 1 hour or deep fry 12 minutes at 400 degrees. Combine hot sauce and butter. Dip wings to coat. Serves 6 or so.
