Mudslide Brownies

   Do you have a package of brownie mix and want to dress it up with a new flavor? Here's how to give a plain old brownie mix a little kick - add some Mudslide to the mix. It's a creamy topping with a hint of mocha.

Mudslide Brownies
1 box brownie mix
1/2 cup Mudslide mix (in liquor aisle)
make as directed less 1/2 cup of water
Topping
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 T. instant coffee
1 T. hot water

Combine brownie mix ingredients in one bowl. In another bowl, soften cream cheese and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour brownie mix into prepared pan. Swirl on top of brownie mix. Bake per box directions or until you think it looks done.
