Corned Beef, Ham and Swiss Sub

Photo courtesy of the Cooking Corner.
Sometimes there's nothing like using up leftovers, especially on a work night. I had taken an appetizer called Reuben Rolls to the girls poker game and there were some tidbits leftover. I'd really hate to waste quality meats and cheese.
As it turns out, there was just enough deli meat and Swiss to make quick and easy subs one night for dinner. Some seasoned fries went in the oven while I assembled sandwiches. Toasting the bun lightly, is an easy way to step up a plain old sandwich into an interesting entree'.

Corned Beef, Ham and Swiss Sub
Hoagie or submarine bun/roll
deli corned beef, sliced thin
deli black forest ham, sliced thin
baby Swiss cheese, sliced thin
mayonnaise and/or Thousand island dressing
lettuce

Preheat oven to 250.
Slice open sub bun and spread with dressing.
Layer corned beef, ham, and cheese.
Place in warm oven to melt cheese and toast bread lightly for 5-7 minutes. Remove from oven and add lettuce.
