Hot Onion Dip

   A fine dice on the onions is important for a creamy texture.

Hot Onion Dip
3-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, very finely diced
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth. 

Add mayo, onion and Parmesan. Mix again until well combined.

Spread into greased or spray coated 1-quart baking dish.

Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.

Serve with crackers on the side for dipping.
