Low Calorie Homemade Ranch Dressing

Photos courtesy of the Cooking Corner.
Salad dressing is one item that is pricey at the grocery store but easily made at home. This is a version made with Greek yogurt and 2% milk that keeps the calorie count down. I slipped it in on the hubby one night and his only comment was that it was a little tangy and could've been thicker. I don't mind the tang and if you like it thicker, just reduce the milk a little. It's so easy to make and will last for a few weeks.

Low Calorie Homemade Ranch Dressing
2 - 5 oz. pkg. plain Greek yogurt (I used Dannon Oikos)
1 packet hidden valley ranch mix
1/2 cup 2% milk

Mix together in small bowl until well combined.

Chill in a container with lid, 1 hour before use.

Easy ingredients.
