Fruit Pizza

Really, doesn't this just sound great? Something finally that's slightly healthy and you can eat right out of your hand - everybody's favorite - pizza! This is a dish that can be used as a dessert or appetizer and would be perfect for a pot luck dinner. There's only a few ingredients and you can substitute what you have on hand just to make it easier.

Fruit Pizza
1 pkg. refrigerator sugar cookie roll
1-16 oz pkg. whipped cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 jar marachino cherries, drained
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1-2 sliced bananas
1 pt. strawberries, 2-3 sliced kiwi, or a dozen red grapes, optional

Soften cookie dough to room temperature. Spread dough on pizza pan and bake 7-10 minutes at 350. Let cool.
Mix cream cheese and sugar. Spread cream cheese mix onto cookie dough. Place fruit as desired on top. Slice and serve.
