Nutty Blue Cheese Dip

I love cheese and cheese dips are right up there on the list. With blue cheese, it's one of those food items, that you either all for or absolutely hate. Nobody rides the fence on that flavor. I'm all for it.
Recently I borrowed some recipes from my friend, Barb, and ran across this one that just sounded great. See what you think.

Nutty Blue Cheese Dip

1 cup mayo or salad dressing
1-8 oz. carton sour cream
1/4 cup (1 oz.) blue cheese, crumbled granules
2 T. finely chopped onion
2 t. instant beef flavored bouillon
1 clove minced garlic
3/4 cup chopped walnuts with extra held out for garnish
chopped parsley

To make - In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except nuts and mix well. Stir in nuts. Chill several hours. Garnish with chopped nuts and parsley if desired.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
Serve with raw veggies or crackers.
