Certain times of the year are just busy. We've entered birthday/holiday season and every week it's something. There are a lot of October birthdays and friends are having parties, too. If you need to whip up an easy appetizer to for an event, this simple dip goes well with veggies or crackers. It travels well too.
Italian Veggie Dip
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 cup each red and green pepper, chopped
Combine mayo, sour cream and salad dressing mix in medium bowl. Stir well to combine. Add peppers and mix well. Refrigerate. Serve with bread sticks, veggie or crackers. Makes 2-1/4 cups.
