Baked Shells

Friends Favorite Recipe Swap

Baked Shells

1 lb. of sweet Italian sausage
1 cup shredded mozzarella

1 8 oz. pkg softened cream cheese

1 T. minced garlic

Brown sausage with garlic. Drain. Mix with mozzarella and cream cheese very well.
Boil about 12- 14 large shells according to directions. Drain.

Stuff sausage mixture into shells. Place stuffed shells into a sprayed 9 x 13 pan.
Top with a jar of your favorite pasta sauce. Cover with another cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle on some basil, oregano, fennel seeds, and garlic salt.

Bake at 350 until cheese is golden brown and bubbly and dish is very well heated throughout.
